Extreme pain during sex It is important to remember, that according to Ayurveda, the state of equilibrium of the three systems, of the tissues, and of the healthy urine, feces, and sweat is what constitutes good health.

Caraka Samhita says that the state of dis-equilibrium of the tissues is dis-ease, and that the equilibrium of the tissues is good health. Health, then, is happiness, and dis¬ease is pain. When the tissues are in dis-equilibrium, management is necessary to restore equilibrium.

Equilibrium of the tissues indicates that the dosha are balanced, remaining in their proper site, and that the galas are functioning as necessary.

Sexual health management must follow clinical evaluation, where the individual, the disorder, and the attributes, along with their effect, are taken into consideration.

Ayurvedic herbs are a part of this philosophy. Shilajit to Ayurveda Homepage
